How our website and social-media pages handle information. Last updated 30 September 2026.
This website
You can use this website without creating an account or giving us any personal information. It has no sign-up forms, and it does not set cookies of its own.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits — which pages are viewed, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. We use these totals only to see which pages are helpful.
Services from other companies
A few parts of the site come from other companies, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them:
YouTube — message videos play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives information about your visit when you press play.
Google Fonts — your browser downloads the site’s typefaces from Google, which sees your IP address.
Google Maps — the map link opens Google Maps.
Vanco — online giving takes place on Vanco’s secure site, which handles your payment details.
When you email us
If you write to us (for example at [email protected]), we use your name, address and message only to reply and to care for you. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell or share your information.
Recorded services
Our Sunday services are recorded and shared on our website, YouTube and Facebook so people who can’t be with us can still worship and hear the message. Our cameras focus on the stage, but people seated nearby may sometimes appear.
If you’d rather not appear in a video, let one of our team know on Sunday or email [email protected], and we’ll do our best to edit you out of anything we publish.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete a comment on one of our posts, or anything you have sent us, email [email protected] with “Delete my information” in the subject line. We will reply within 30 days to confirm what we removed.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Our Facebook and Instagram pages
We use a small app of our own, “SCRC Publisher”, connected to our Facebook Page (and later our Instagram account). It does three things: it publishes our own videos and short clips to our Page; it applies comment filters and hides comments on our own posts, because our pages are for sharing messages rather than discussion; and it reads overall statistics about how our posts perform.
The app does not sign anyone in, does not collect information from people who view our posts, and does not send anything to anyone else. Comments and statistics stay within Meta’s own tools, where every Page owner sees them.
